Salad recipe: Edamame Potato Salad

Bored with the usual salad? Try this salad cherry country style. Wearing mayonnaise and crunchy edamame are delicious. Nutritional undoubtedly!

ingredients:
300 g potatoes, peeled
200 g green cucumber, thinly sliced
100 g of lettuce, sliced
2 pieces of bacon, cut into small pieces, stir-fry
1 piece of hard-boiled eggs, peeled, chopped
Sauce, mix together:
150 ml of bottled mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon pepper
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp salt

How to make:


Cut potatoes into pieces and then boiled or steamed until cooked. Remove and drain.
Arrange all salad ingredients in a container.
Pour the sauce, stirring until blended.
Serve immediately.
