Chicken Fried Steak Tomato Sauce

Chicken steak wrapped in flour and fried it feels very crisp and tasty. After the tomato sauce taste very tempting tastes delicious. Tomato sauce with a tasty blend of cheese a special flavor to this steak!
 ingredients:
  • 4 pieces @ 100 g boneless chicken breast / fillet
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  layers:
  • 2 egg whites, beaten until frothy
  • 150 g flour Cooking oil coarse panir
Stir well:
  • 50 g wheat flour
  •   2 tbsp rice flour
  •   2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 / 2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Tomato Sauce:
  • 1 / 2 tbsp butter
  • 20 g onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 500 g tomatoes, finely grated
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 sheet bayleaf
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
How to make:
  1. At-time chicken breast meat with meat hammer until flat.
  2. Sprinkle pepper, put garlic and salt. Knead until smooth.
  3. Marinate chicken pieces with flour mixture until blended.
  4. Dip in egg white and then dredge in flour until blended panir.
  5. Let stand a few moments until slightly dry.
  6. Fry in hot oil and lots of it to dry. Remove and drain.
  7. Serve hot with Tomato Sauce.
  8. Tomato sauce: Saute onion and garlic until fragrant.
  9. Enter the other ingredients, cook over low heat until thick. Remove from heat.
