Chicken Recipe: Japanese Fried Chicken Steak

This is Chicken recipe from japan. Japanese restaurant-style steak chicken is crispy taste. If you like to be dipped in BBQsauce and extra vegetables makes this dish salad more special!


  • 2 pieces chicken upper thighswithout skin and bones
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
  • cooking oil
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 egg white
  • 100 g coarse flour panir
  • Complement:
  • Vegetable Salad (cucumber, tomatolettuce)


  1. Flatten Chicken.
  2. Smear the garlic, pepper and soy sauce until blended.
  3. Sprinkle with flour lightly.
  4. Dip in beaten egg whites and then dredge in flour until blended panir.
  5. Let stand a few moments to dry.
  6. Fry in hot oil and lots of dried and cooked until both sides.
  7. remove and drain.
  8. Serve warm with topping.
