Ingredients:
300 grams of beef (sukiyaki)
200 grams bean sprouts roots removed
1 bell pepper seeded, sliced lengthwise
1 tablespoon mirin (sweet sake / angciu / sherry)
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce kikoman
3 teaspoons sesame oil
5 tablespoons oil for sauteing
2 cloves garlic crushed
Processing Method:
1. Combine mirin, sugar, soy sauce Kikoman, and sesame oil, stir well.
2. Heat oil in a skillet, saute garlic until golden.
3. Enter the spice mixture to a boil.
4. Enter the pages of meat, stir fry until dry.
5. Dab a little pepper powder, if liked the slightly spicy flavor.
6. After the meat cooked, immediately remove and put on a plate.
7. Use the remaining oil in skillet unluk quickly sauteed bean sprouts.
8. Serve hot and sprouts kelika still not been cooked properly.
